GROOMING ACADEMY
Scholarship Opportunity in Grooming Field
You can now apply to our highly selective Grooming Academy, which we have established in partnership with Paragon School of Pet Grooming. The online academy will allow you to work at your own pace over the course of 12-17 weeks and include one-on-one feedback from Paragon instructors.

UNLEASHED LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Training for Aspiring Managers and Supervisors
Three times a year, Pet Paradise offers training programs for Team Members who would like to pursue Resort Management opportunities. Last year 150 Team Members graduated this ULA program and were subsequently promoted to Supervisors and Managers across Paradise. A few were even relocated to other resorts to pursue their dreams. DOG TRAINING ACADEMY
Pet Paradise has partnered with Top Tier K9 to offer this new dog training certification program for eligible employees, consisting of a combination of online and in-person classes over an 8-week period. As a certified Canine Behavior Specialist, you will travel throughout your region to other Pet Paradise locations to provide demonstrations, train pets, and offer this new service to our pet parents.
